After a topsy turvy year that overwhelmed me, including illnesses, deaths, thefts, accidents and moves, I’m back to my writing. My Muse, who had abandoned me, has signed a free agent contract and claims she’ll be with me for a complete year this time.I’ve extended all paid subscribers for another year and all free subscribers for another few months. After those expire, the choice is yours to resubscribe if you wish. My apologies for the interruptions and delays. Beginning Valentines Day, the stream should be regular.

The Price at the Pump is too high, per Fox News. They intend to pump the truckers protesting government mandates about vaccines and masks, making it sound like a vast populist uprising spreading across the globe. But it’s not.

In Canada, several thousand truckers took part and only about 300 remain around its Parliament, basically making noise and annoying the hell out of the neighbors. Their government is taking a no nonsense stance, passing around tickets and fines like candy.

How odd is it that some of the Canadian truckers are sporting Confederate flags popular with a few Americans who miss the good old days of traitoring and murdering and enslaving? It’s almost like they think they’re really not Canadian.

Then again, groups like the truckers are typically funded by ultra wealthy Americans like Charles Koch who have no real interest in promoting public health because profit is the only divinity they worship. No matter who or how many die. The Center for Media and Democracy provided a good overview of the shady effort back in December.

The Canadian media is not buying into the interference coming from American billionaires and politicians.

But the billionaires’ favorite waterboy - Fox News - is gonna pump the trucker uprising like it’s Beatlemania sweeping the globe. Yesterday, they touted two groups of trucker protests that travelled “across Alaska”. One group drove from Anchorage to Eagle River. Another group drove from Mat-Su to the Eagle River protest.

What an amazing trek across Alaska that was! The first was 15 miles. The second was 45.

Now, with mask mandates expiring in Oregon, California and other states, their headlong push to make the trucker strike more massive than it will ever be, will still have the desired effect, keeping millions of people convinced that vaccines will kill them. So it’s important to continue to unearth the funders and the media megaphones who have blood dripping from their hands.

Because Big Lies will only get bigger from here.
